11 citizens have been arrested today in Dhermi over illegal constructions in the tourist areas of the Southern Riviera.
Vlora Police announced that they have also issued an arrest warrant for the investor of the illegal buildings currently being constructed at the beach of Palase.
In addition, criminal proceedings have been launched on 2 other specialists of the Territory Protection Inspectorate in the Municipality of Himara, over suspicions that they haven’t carried out proper and periodical inspections in the areas included in the municipality’s jurisdiction.
“We are continuing our search mission for the investor V. Gj., so that he can be brought to court. Evidence found during the 11 arrests has been passed over to the Prosecution of Vlora’s District Court, for further investigation,” – said the police notice.
