In the past 24 hours, Kosovo has reported 975 new cases infected with COVID-19 and 12 fatalities, who unfortunately lost their battle with the virus.
Fatalities were registered in the following communes: Prishtina 2 cases (90, 81 years old), Ferizaj 1 ase (92 years old), Fushe-Kosova 1 ase (71), Kamenica 1 case (62), Kaçanik 1 case (60), Mitrovica 1 case (81), Peja 1 case (82), Prizren 1 case (72), Rahovec 1 case (81), Suhareka 1 case (70) and Vushtrri 1 case (76).
The total number of positive cases is 91.405 out of 430.860 persons suspected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Kosovo has seen a total of 1.884 fatalities since the onset of the pandemic.
In the past 24 hours, 893 patients recovered, bringing to total number of recoveries since the beginning of the pandemic to 75.647, while the total number of active cases is 13.874.
