The Special Court Against Corruption and Organized Crime (GJKKO) has ordered the arrest of Hamza Tola, who used to serve as a driver for institutions under the jurisdiction of the ministry of justice.

Tola was taken into custody a few days ago, after he was denounced in an investigative show by a citizen who paid 3.000 euros in exchange for the legalisation of his hotel in the city of Saranda.

He had also promised other citizen to legalize their objects under claims that he had strong links at the Saranda legalisation office.

GjKKO ordered Tola’s arrest after a request issued by SPAK.
