From 509 tests conducted in the last 24 hours, 6 citizens were confirmed to have been infected with COVID-19 in Albania.

No citizens have lost their lives, whereas 23 others were able to recover.

A total of 422 citizens are active carriers of the COVID-19 virus in our country, of whom 6 are receiving hospitalized treatment.

For weeks now, COVID has not taken any lives, whereas the number of infections has dropped significantly.     

The ministry of health has continued its appeals to citizens to get vaccinated, in order to protect themselves and others.
