The EU Special Envoy on the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, met with chief negotiators from both countries, Besnik Bislimi and Petar Petkovic today, in Brussels.
Through a post on Twitter, Lajcak gave a few details regarding these meetings that are taking place for the first time, after the tensions that escalated in northern Kosovo, following the reciprocity dispute on Serbian license plates.
