By autumn 2023, the process that will allow emigrants to vote from abroad will be made possible.

This is what the Electoral Commissioner, Ilirjan Celibashi, declared this morning.

“Political parties are invited to become part of the electoral process from abroad, which will be initially consulted through a draft, that we aim to wrap up by autumn next year,” – said Celibashi.

Lastly, the State Commissioner also noted that a new Electoral Code should be adopted in order to allow for the diaspora vote to be implemented.
