Poli Hoxha speaks Journalist Poli Hoxha stated that Minister Ulsi Manja is one of the politicians who has openly interfered in SPAK.
He said this in an interview for Euronews Albania, while commenting on a statement of the US ambassador Yuri Kim, who called for the elections for the head of SPAK to be transparent.
“During all these years that the reform has been carried out, the politicians of the majority have openly interfered in SPAK. Manja is one of those who made havoc with interference, it’s another thing whether he succeeded or not” – he said.
