Lawyer Spartak Ngjela says that the Prime Minister’s servers related to the event of January 21, 2011 have not been deleted.
In an interview for Euronews Albania, Ngjela underlined that some experts have told him that there are some images, where former Prime Minister Sali Berisha descends the stairs of the building with a machine gun in his hands.
Ngjela also added that Rama confirmed this to him himself and that he was aware of the orders given by Berisha that day.
“They were naive. The server does not crash. They took the servers, they remembered that they had deleted them, but the server is not deleted. Everything you have recorded here, you also have in California. They had it and they told me that’s all. They even said that we have Berisha coming down the stairs with a machine gun. Rama also told me this, Rama has confirmed it. But why didn’t Rama denounce him? Personally, after I told him, he said yes, he also knew, from then on,” he emphasized.
