The Democratic Party appealed on Monday a court’s decision that rendered the National Assembly convened by Sali Berisha as legitimate.
The appeal was submitted to the Tirana Appeal Court by the interim leader of the DP, Enkelejd Alibeaj.
Alibeaj warned that he would fight the court’s ruling from the day that it was announced.
The Tirana Court ruled on 25 March that statute amendments from that Assembly were legitimate.
