The EU ambassador, Christiane Hohmann, was in the city of Korca earlier today together with members of the European Integration Commission.

During her visit, she met with students of the University of Korça.

After the meeting with the mayor Sotiraq Filo, she gave a press statement, during which she was asked by Euronews Albania about the fiscal amnesty bill, which was opposed by the EU.

The ambassador refused to comment during this process, expressing herself with the sentence “Ask the Prime Minister”.

During the last few days, even the American ambassador, Yuri Kim, has met with actors of the opposition and the Socialist majority on the issue of fiscal amnesty.
