The nominee of the coalition House of Freedom is predicted to win the by-elections in Shkodra.
Euronews Albania’s Barometer reveals that Bardh Spahia is expected to receive 46.1% of votes.
The candidate of the Socialist Party, Majlinda Angoni, is expected to secure 36.8% of the votes.
Meanwhile, Xhemal Bushati, the Democratic Party nominee, will receive 17.1%.
Including the margin of error, Spahia may sweep from 43.6% to 48.6% of the votes, Angoni from 34.3% to 39.3%, and Bushati 15.1% to 19.1% of the votes.

In terms of voter tendency, Spahia is endorsed by 33%, Angoni 26.5%, and Bushati 12.5%. Meanwhile, undecided voters are at 12%, and 14.6% said they would not vote.

The results are from the Barometer survey on Euronews Albania, carried out by MRB and Data Centrum.
1.200 face-to-face interviews were conducted in the municipalities of Shkodra and Durres from February 21 to March 1.
