Democratic MP Gazmend Bardhi reacted after the decision made today by Tirana’s District Appeals Court, which accepted an appeal made by the head of DP’s parliamentary group Enkelejd Alibeaj.
Through a post on his social media account, Bardhi stated that decisions made by Albanian Courts should be followed, not attacked.
In addition, he reminded former PM Sali Berisha of his statements on March 25, when the court decided to recognize the legitimacy of the December 11 Assembly.
According to Bardhi, the decision made by Judge Agron Zhukri is completely illegitimate.
Bardhi also said that threats or persuasions directed at judges are part of an old political mentality, which has been keeping Albania hostage.
