During his appearance on Euronews Albania’s ‘Shock’, analyst Baton Haxhiu said that he considered Kosovo’s PM Albin Kurti’s dinner with his Serbian counterpart Alexandar Vucic and EU’s Special Envoy, Miroslav Lajcak, an “act of treason”, if he were to judge it through Kurti’s lens.

“He would call himself a traitor because he has said that there will be no dialogue with the return of the missing persons and without the payment of war reparations,” – said Haxhiu.

In my own judgment however, said Haxhiu, Kurti is not a traitor – he is just someone who is negotiating during a normal process while representing the legitimacy of the nation of Kosovo.

In addition, Haxhiu said that LVV (Self-determination movement) has created a primitive discourse through its political discourse through the years.
