DP chairman Sali Berisha asked PM Edi Rama to immediately dismiss the two ministers that according to him are directly responsible for the fatal boat incident that took the life of a minor in Himara, i.e., the Minister of Tourism and the Minister of Internal Affairs.

According to Berisha, this is the least he can do in the face of popular revolt and suffering.

“With this kind of protection, Rama deserves a great popular revolt. Instead of given an apology a hundred times over to all Albanian citizens, he declares that we have organized the most perfect season ever. How one can talk about perfection, when the most macabre crimes are taking place as we speak, that’s beyond me. I congratulate the people once again. They have given the government 72 hours to reflect. I hope that the right decisions will be made”, said Berisha.
