The head of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, said at the meeting of the parliamentary group that the year 2023 is decisive for democracy and pluralism and they remain committed to achieving the goal.
He recalled the decisive moment in which the opposition finds itself, taking into account the local elections of May 14, which according to Berisha should completely overthrow “monism in Albania, led by Edi Rama”.
“The most transparent work has been done in the history of the country, and the candidates we present today appear before every Albanian citizen as candidates of the free will of the members and sympathizers of the DP,” Berisha said.
