Chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, stated that Prime Minister Edi Rama is afraid of the vote of Albanians in the diaspora.
In his speech during a virtual conversation with Albanians in Rome, Berisha said that Rama cannot manipulate the diaspora with his patrons.
“Edi Rama has an attitude, almost, not the same, but close to that of his father’s towards the diaspora and immigration. He is afraid of your vote because he knows that he cannot manipulate it with patrons and gangs. But I guarantee you that the Democratic Party will do everything and together with you I will guarantee your free vote and that of Albanians in Albania”, stressed the chief democrat.
He called on Albanians in Italy to give their contribution and vote for the right-wing coalition in the elections in the neighboring country.
