The DP logo will no longer be used during the presentation of candidates for mayor that will represent the Home of Freedom coalition.
This detail was noticed this Saturday during the presentation of candidate Hekuran Xhani, during which Berisha called on his supporters to only vote for the logo of the coalition – thus avoiding any confusion that may arise.
“Let me call on all of you, there is no room for error! Don’t vote for Ferdiand Saraci – a candidate who has forcefully stolen our logo. The winning logo is the logo of the Home of Freedom coalition,” – said Berisha.
Sources from the Refoundation Commission told Euronews Albania that taking DP’s logo down from all future meetings and presentations has been a tactical decision that has become necessary ahead of the local by-elections.
The electoral campaign for the March 6 by-elections will officially begin on February 19, but political parties have begun their electoral meetings for several weeks now.
