Albania’s southeastern regions woke up covered in snow on Saturday. According to data from the National Road Authority, snow reached up to 15-35 centimeters.
All national roads have been cleared of snow, however, drivers are strongly recommended to use snow chains, as well as winter tires.
- Qafe Thana – Korca: winter tires are required
- Korca – Dardha – winter tires are required
- Korça – Voskopoja – winter tires are required
- Korça – Qafë Qarri – Erseka – maximum prudence reccomended
No other weather-related problems have been reported by administrative units so far.
