May 14 will be the last possible date when Albania’s local elections can take place, with April 16 also being an option.
This was announced by CEC head Ilirjan Celibashi, through an announcement directed at the country’s political subjects.
Celibashi asked all political parties to start work and preparations on fulfilling of recommendations put forth by OSCE/ODIHR, while also beginning work on their campaigns.
