Over the last 24 hours, no fatalities were reported due to COVID-19 in Albania.
However, the Ministry of Health said that the number of new cases is going up.
In the past 24 hours, a total of 2.418 tests were performed. As a result, 957 citizens have tested positive for COVID-19 in these municipalities:
289 in Tirana, 48 in Lushnje, 45 in Fier, 38 in Durres, 36 in Vlora, 31 in Elbasan, 29 in Divjaka, 28 in Gjirokaster, 27 in Shkoder, 26 in Kurbin, 25 in Saranda, 23 in Lezha, 22 in Korca, 21 in Kavaja, 20 in Himara, 16 in Dimal, 14 in Kamez, 13 citizens in Tepelen, Pogradec, 12 citizens in Malesi e Madhe, Skrapar, 11 citizens in Maliq, Berat, Perrenjas, 10 citizens in Kruje, Diber, Mat, 9 citizens in Mirdita, Mallakaster, Peqin, 8 citizens in Selenica, Kuçovo, 7 in Patos, 6 citizens in Vore, Delvine, Librazhd, 5 citizens in Permet, Devoll, 4 citizens in Tropoje, Shijak, f3 citizens in Vau i Dejes, Kukes, Libohova, Kolonje, 2 citizens in Puke, Fushe Arrez, Roskovec, 1 citizen in Has, Gramsh.
There are currently 6,927 active COVID cases throughout the country, 21 of whom are receiving treatment at the COVID-3 hospital in Tirana.
