The deputy leader of the Assembly of Kosovo, Saranda Bogujevski, told Euronews Albania that the government is ready to cooperate with the opposition.
“The work ahead of us and the challenges will be mutual, to be able to push the country forward. This does not mean that we won’t cooperate with the opposition”, said Bogujevski.
Regarding the two votes that went for Vjosa Osmani from the lines of the Alliance for the Future and Kosovo and the Democratic Party of Kosovo, the deputy speaker of the assembly said that everything happened with their total will.
“It was their will, they saw it as an important test, as a contribution for their country. Nothing unlawful took place here”, she said.
“I believe it is a motivation. This is a good message for all women and young girls that are keen on politics or look forward to becoming elected in top institutional posts. This is achievable with hard work”, concluded Bogujevski.
