The Democratic Party’s Parliamentary Group has filed charges at the Anti-Corruption Special Prosecution also known as SPAK, against PM Edi Rama on allegations of abuse of power.
Charges were filed by Gazment Bardhi, who accused Rama of breaking the law on strategic investments, by supporting a project of foreign minister Olta Xhacka’s husband.
This lawsuit comes a day after DP called on Olta Xhacka to give up on her mandate.
