Representatives of the Democratic Party branch in Elbasan organized a protest this Tuesday in the city’s main square.
The protest was aimed at speaking up against the rise in fuel prices, however, turnout was generally low throughout the entire event.
DP’s invitation to participate in the rally was extended to all citizens living in the district of Elbasan.
3 days ago, the Transparency Board announced the new list of fuel prices.
The price of diesel is currently at 245 ALL per liter, gasoline 204 ALL, and gas 77 ALL per liter.
Prices set by the Board are valid until the next meeting when changes in the retail and wholesale prices for each item will be reflected.
