Gerti Bogdani, a member of the Democratic Party’s presidency, told Euronews Albania that he is ready to enter the municipal race if he has the party’s trust.
“If DP’s leadership sees it reasonable to nominate me, I have confronted every challenge placed in front of me successfully. Let’s see what time has in store for us. I think Tirana needs an essential change”, he said.
According to Bogdani, DP’s next challenge will be the local elections.
“Let’s see what the Constitutional Court will have to say. DP must begin preparing for Tirana and every other city starting from today. We need to give time to time”, he added.
During the interview, he reiterated his aspiration to run for the municipality of Tirana.
“It would be my pleasure to accept this challenge, with the will of marching it to success”, he concluded.
