Authorities launched a major operation on Thursday afternoon in connection to fraudulent schemes at Call Centers.
Sources near the police say that circa 60 employees were taken in for questioning with some of them potentially facing jail time.
The criminal proceeding convened by the Central Directorate of Investigation near the State Police is dealing with cybercrime fraud with severe consequences.
Foreign citizens are also allegedly involved in the scheme taking place at Call Centers that operate on the Forex trade.
