On Saturday night, the Ministry of Health published its official order regarding the procurement of a vaccination certificate for students and professors, before the start of the new academic year on October 11.
In the 2-page document, authorities also clarified that for the time being, whoever doesn’t agree with the vaccination certificate, will have to provide a weekly negative PCR test in order to become part of auditoriums.
The document also notes that for all students that don’t agree to get the vaccine, universities should take provisions in order to offer tem an alternative form of teaching through online lessons.
The Ministry of Health has been carrying out an awareness and information campaign dedicated to students that is focused on informing them on the vaccination process and groups of vaccination clinics that have been set up in each university.
The only ones exempt from the vaccination requirement are people that have a medical condition that prevent them from taking it.
