The negotiating delegations of Kosovo and Serbia are heading to Brussels on Friday for a new round of talks mediated by the European Union.

According to the agenda, Kosovo’s deputy prime minister Besnik Bislimi and the head of Serbia’s Office for Kosovo Petar Petkovic will try to resolve the license plates row and discuss energy in Kosovo’s north, and the missing people.

Parties failed to reach common ground in April over license plate disputes, where drivers from both sides of the border hate to put a sticker to cover the national symbol shown on the plate every time they cross the border.

Last Thursday, Kosovo PM Albin Kurti met Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic in Berlin to set out the agenda for the negotiating teams.
