KFOR has confirmed ownership of the drone that crashed in the front yard of a house in Mitrovica.
The NATO-led peacekeeping mission in Kosovo said that the incident did not cause any collateral damages in the area.
Kosovo Police Forces went to the site to retrieve the drone.
According to KFOR, the drone was on a monitoring mission to guarantee a safe environment for the communities living in Kosovo.
Earlier in the day, Kosovo media said that the drone appeared to be one of those used by the military.
