On Friday, GJKKO acquitted the member of the Independent Qualification Commission, Etleda Ciftja.

“The Commissioner of Vetting did not falsify documents and did not refuse or try to hide the wealth”, it is stated in the decision of GJKKO.

Regarding this decision, Ciftja said after the court session that they had never had any issues with their property. According to her, SPAK has done its job and the court was on the side of justice.

“I hope that this decision will be published in full so that the slandering of my name in the press can come to an end and so that everyone can clearly understand what the story was. I have never, since the beginning until now, had 2 background checks and never have I ever had any problems with the declaration of my property. SPAK has done its job. Justice was delivered by the court, not by the prosecution,” said the member of the KPK.

Ciftja was accused of false declaration of assets and falsification of documents.

She was reported to SPAK by judges and prosecutors, who were fired as a result of her orders, precisely because they had a issues with their wealth.
