SPAK has announced that a member of the Special Appeals Collegium, Aridan Hajdari, is being accused of hiding his wealth.
The vetting member is being accused of hiding his income status and not declaring his wealth at ILKDPI.
Hajdari is the second vetting member to face trial following a SPAK investigation, after Luan Daci.
The KPA member was reported to SPAK by former judges and former prosecutors who didn’t pass the vetting process.
