Attorney Idajet Beqiri has filed a criminal complaint with SPAK, against Freedom Party chairman Ilir Meta and former chair and spouse, Monika Kryemadhi.
Beqiri is asking to launch a criminal investigation into allegations of corruption and concealment of income.
According to Beqiri, Meta, Kryemadhi and their children have undergone aesthetic beauty treatments that are valued at an outlandish amount in a private clinic in San Marino, “Casa di Cura Privata Domus Medica”.
One of the doctors of this hospital is Silva Shametaj Ruli, a friend of the Meta family.
This is the third time a request has been filed at SPAK to pursue criminal charges against Ilir Meta and Monika Kryemadhi, since the lawsuit filed by former MP Halit Valteri and journalist Adriatik Doci.
