Negotiations between the ruling majority and the opposition for the election of the new president will continue today with the presence of the press.
The Socialist Party caucus leader, Taulant Balla has called for all parties to have the right to present their proposals, whereas his Democratic homolog, Enkelejd Alibeaj insisted on having a transparent process.
The second round of voting for the new president will take place on May 23, at 18:00.
The decision was made during a meeting of the Leaders Conference, without the votes of the opposition.
