Nutritionist’s health tip: Drink hot water in the summer

Nutritionist Diola Dosti said that during the summer season you should drink hot water and that this is actually very important.

“In the morning I start with a glass of hot water like tea temperature, I throw in some chia seeds that you all need to supply the brain and every cell in your body; I can add a little ginger, a little lemon,” she said.

Dosti also told Euronews Albania that not consuming the right amount of water can lead to premature aging.

The nutritionist also suggested that the last meal be at 18:00, while fruits are advised to be consumed 30 minutes after full meals.
