The Democratic MP, Jorida Tabaku, said that consumer prices in our country have increased before the war between Russia and Ukraine began.
In an interview with “Euronews Albania”, Tabaku said that the war has had an impact all over the world, but the Albanians are experiencing it more, because the government has not provided the necessary assistance.
“Today in Albania we have an increase in electricity bills. It is a crisis that, as the Minister of Finance said, has half an external factor and half an internal one. It is a fact that in Albania prices have increased since September last year, before the war even started.
It is a fact that since December, Albania had the biggest price increase for the holidays. The war has an impact all over the world, but we are experiencing it more”, underlined Tabaku.
