Albanian Prime Minister has called on Durrsi’s Socialists’ youth to carry on the campaign “door to door” to convince “the undecided” in trusting them for a third mandate.

PM Rama sarcastically spoke over the case denounced in the media about the database of the Socialist Party and clarified what the term coined as “patronazhist” means to him.

“[…] they discovered the word “patronazhist” and they’re trolling it around and deforming its meaning due to the fact that they’re unaware that the SP is a family where those engaged in this family work voluntarily, even after work or school, they work by taking away their free time to cover the entire territory and communicating directly with the people in this country, because the daily battle of the SP is the battle to win the minds and hearts of the people”, Rama said.

The leader of the Socialists described the Socialist government as “a pillar that is holding Albania high up” and promising to take it “even beyond” while advising the youth at the event to “knock on every door”.

Rama also called on the youth’s vote in order to continue the reconstruction process in Durres and other major projects, such as the redesign of the port of Durres with a $2 billion investment. He said that thanks to the Socialist administration, youth are being admitted to universities on basis of meritocracy, as well as lifting bureaucracies to avoid ambiguous visits to state institutions for various documentations.
