Saudi Arabia’s crown price, Mohammed bin Salman, met with Albanian PM Edi Rama during his visit to Athens, announced this Thursday the Saudi Arabian Press Agency.

It was reported that during the meeting, the focus was on the consolidation of common economic partnership and finding more ways to increase cooperation in other fields as well.

PM Rama was also cited to have expressed his appreciation of Saudi Arabia’s initiative to support Albania with $50 million dollars in addition to another $300 million-dollar PIF investment.

Both officials also discussed on regional and international developments, announced SPA.

The Albanian PM’s meeting with the crown prince came after his bilateral meeting between Greek PM Kyriakos Mitsotakis at the Maximus Palace in Athens.

Saudi Arabia and Greece signed memorandums on joint cooperation on military, economy and security during Tuesday’s official visit.
