Serbia continues to reject the crimes committed during the Kosovo War.
This is what Kosovo’s PM Albin Kurti said this Friday during a speech at the GLOBSEC 2022 forum in Bratislava.
According to him, it is necessary to have a dialogue based on principles between Kosovo and Serbia, in order to reach an agreement that will bring both countries towards reciprocal recognition.
“Unfortunately, Serbia is saying that they will never recognize us and apart from this, they don’t even consider recognizing the crimes committed by them in the past. To be honest, the latter insults us much more than the former,” – said Kurti.
In regards to the Open Balkan initiative and Kosovo’s open stance against it, Kurti underlined that Kosovo is in favor of the Berlin Process instead.
