SPAK has called for the former mayor of Lushnje, Fatos Tushe, to be sentenced to 3.4 years in prison.
The official ruling is expected to be announced on June 13.
Meanwhile, SPAK asked to sentence the former deputy mayor Gentian Nushi, to 2 years and 8 months in prison.
Tushe was arrested back in July of last year during an operation undertaken by SPAK.
As a result of investigations, 10 former and existing officials in this municipality were arrested on charges of tender fraud.
