The budget for 2023 will be 5.4 billion euros, with a 17.4% increase compared to this year.

Meanwhile, expenses will also increase to 5.9 billion euros.

With these figures, it is expected that the deficit will reach 1 billion dollars, or 5.4% of GDP.

The source of the increase in income is seen in the increase in prices, the expansion of imports and the continuous economic recovery. However, growth is expected to be slow with the expectation to reach 2.6% next year.

In the budget document, the stock of public debt is estimated to reach 12.5 billion euros and from the 68.9% it will be this year, it is intended to decrease by 1.4 percentage points.

A special fund is also provided for a 7% salary increase in the state administration and in pre-university education.

Meanwhile, there are 43 million euros unused from the reconstruction fund, which will finance the pending projects.

As for the administration, it will be increased by 680 employees.
