Ukrainian activist Snezhana Polyanska spoke on Euronews Albania about the difficult situation her country is currently facing as a result of the Russian invasion.
From the basement she is currently sheltered in, Polyanska said that she has already lost close ones to the bombings which have been taking place for the last 2 days.
Asking the press to show the actual urgency of the situation in Ukraine, she warned the danger that could be threatening every country in the world, to have the history repeated like it did in Ukraine.
“This is World War III, but it is different and people should stay together because what is happening to Ukraine could be repeated anywhere else,” she said.
The activist also spoke about the fact that she refused to leave her country due to the chaos that has been unraveling in the streets, due to fears of bombings but he added that all those who are heading to the border, are doing so in order to save their children’s and family’s lives, after which they will come back to defend Ukraine.
