“If until yesterday, Italy, France, and Cyprus were against the disconnection of Russia from the SWIFT system, our president has just received a confirmation that they’ve changed their position,” declared the Ukrainian ambassador to Tirana, Volodymyr Shkurov.

In addition, the Ukrainian ambassador said that Ukraine has called on the International Red Cross to transport the dead Russians back to Russia so that they can truly understand the cost of this aggression.
