Head of DP’s Parliamentary Group, Enkelejd Alibeaj said that the unification of Democrats is not enough to beat the current PM Edi Rama.
During a press conference earlier today, Alibeaj unveiled his platform of principles that according to him, should be followed in order to achieve a unification of Democrats.
But according to Alibeaj, the Democratic Party should start attracting individuals who aren’t currently engaged in party functions.
“The issue is uniting people who are from the bottom ranks. And even if this happens, it isn’t enough to accomplish the main goal of the Democratic Party, which is to face the regime of PM Edi Rama. In order to be in the condition where we can face this regime with dignity and be able to triumph, we should get together beyond the idea of a unified front of Democrats and keep pushing for people’s adherence to the true values of this party,” – said Alibeaj.
