The chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, stated that the withdrawal from the complaint about the charter of this political force, shows that Enkelejd Alibeaj, de facto accepted the Assembly of December 11.
However, in a statement to the press, Berisha said that Alibeaj implements the orders of Prime Minister Edi Rama.
According to him, Rama has taken the court hostage and does not allow the registration of the statute to be issued by the December 11 Assembly.

This only happens in the ridiculous justice system of Edi Rama, which acts like a dictatorship and prevents the automatic and indisputable registration of the court’s decision for the December 11 Assembly. By withdrawing from the December 18 Assembly, Alibasha de facto accepted the December 11 Assembly. But he follows Edi Rama’s orders. They are worthless, misused by a man who has no principles, respects no principles, no laws, no norms,” the chief democrat said.
