US Ambassador Yuri Kim said on Tuesday that she had a ‘very good discussion’ with the acting leader of the Democratic Party, Enkelejd Alibeaj.
In a status shared on Twitter, Ambassador Kim reiterated the special relationship with the Democrats, from the day of its foundation.

The meeting took place at the headquarters of the Albanian Parliament.
Recent internal developments within Albania’s largest opposition party, as well as the appointment of the new president, are thought to be the main reason behind the meeting.
Unofficial sources claim that US Ambassador Kim will meet soon with the head of the Socialist Party’s parliamentary group, Taulant Balla.
