Albanian and Serbian citizens from Kosovo that have to travel to Serbia for personal reasons or work say that they are already used to this, even though they think there’s no need.
“For 4-5 years, I have been going there every day for work. I am used to it by now, for me it’s normal. Those that are having to start doing this now, are obviously finding it hard and I understand them but there’s nothing we can do. The price is 5 euros and they’re valid for 2 months,”- said an Albanian citizen.
Euronews Albania also asked several other citizens, who said that this measure creates needless delays, which is why they call on politicians to reconsider them.
“I have to go to Serbia for work, but now it’s extremely difficult. A few days ago, I had to wait for 6 hours, even though I have both license plates. Politicians should try to understand, people don’t have to suffer because of their problems,” – said a Serbian citizen.
