Euronews Albania was able to discover the reasons for the call of the former mayor of Kavaja, Elvis Roshi, to SPAK, this Tuesday.
Sources indicate that the Prosecutor’s Office is conducting investigations into several cases of abuse with public tenders in the Municipality of Kavaja, during the time when this institution was headed by Roshi.
At SPAK’s request, he was interrogated for about an hour by officers of the National Bureau of Investigation.
It was also reported that Roshi was questioned in the capacity of a person who has knowledge of the circumstances of the investigation and as a former head of a public institution.
