The stolen money and valuables belonging to Alda Klosi have not been declared by her in the Property Declaration Inspectorate.
In the last statement made in August 2022, the former director of the Ministry of Reconstruction did not note any cash that she had withdrawn from a bank account or from other sources.
The former official who today owns 5 apartments and two plots of land in Tirana and Lezha, declared back in 2017, the purchase of a 72 m2 apartment in the capital city worth 31,400 euros. The financial source for the purchase of this apartment comes from a loan taken together with her husband.
Among the other assets declared by her are her income of 30,000 ALL per month, from renting out one of the properties she owns. Despite the loans received and the declared debt, Alda and Altin Klosi became the sole owners of two apartments on the beach of Shengjin in Lezha in 2021, which were purchased through donation contracts.
Also, two plots of land belonging to the Ciko family, where Alda Klosi is also the owner, were given out for construction to the company “2B Construction Grup”.
In Klosi’s bank accounts, in the balances from work, in 2016, Klosi has declared a monthly salary of 180 thousand ALL, as Director at the Ministry of Finance and an approximate income from work as a member of the Supervisory Council of the Financial Company FAF and the Board of Good Affairs.
