During his word in Parliament, Attorney General Olsion Cela declared that the county with the highest crime rate in 2021 in Albania was Vlora.
“The lowest criminality per 100 thousand inhabitants in 2021 was recorded in Diber, whereas the highest was in Vlora. Criminal offenses that violate public safety and law and order make up the largest category of criminal proceedings, 28.8% on average, which represents a 9.62% rise compared to last year,” – said the attorney general.
In addition, Cela highlighted that 46 citizens have been arrested as a result of electoral crimes.
